Message to Send

I am writing to express my support for the activists who blockaded Kimberly-Clark’s factory in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada. They acted courageously to stop the destruction of ancient forests.
I urge you to end Kimberly-Clark's role in the destruction of ancient forests like the magnificent North American Boreal Forest. These forests should not be destroyed to create disposable tissue products like toilet paper and facial tissue.

Kimberly-Clark's use of clearcut ancient forests in its products has made me stop buying Kimberly-Clark products. In fact, I will no longer buy Kimberly-Clark products from my local grocery store until Kimberly-Clark commits to dramatically increase the use of recycled fiber, stops using fiber from clearcut ancient forests and only uses virgin fiber that comes from environmentally sound logging that is certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council.

It is time for Kimberly-Clark to stop talking about how it is an environmental company and to start taking action. Please act today.
